What RS-TESA is
TH9507 is a synthetic 44-residue analog of human growth hormone-releasing hormone, GRF(1-44)-NH2, with a trans-3-hexenoyl group on the N-terminal tyrosine (CAS 218949-48-5, C221H366N72O67S, 5135.86 g/mol). The N-terminal acylation confers resistance to dipeptidyl peptidase-4 cleavage. It is a GHRH receptor agonist studied in endocrine and metabolic research models.
