How to use it
Four steps, one vial.
- 01Find the lot on your vialThe lot number is printed on the vial label and on the packing slip.
- 02Match it exactlyA certificate documents one lot. Every character of the lot number should agree before you rely on it.
- 03Read the resultsEach line shows the value the laboratory reported, the method it used and whether the line conforms.
- 04Keep the recordFile the certificate with your receiving records. The original laboratory document is linked from every certificate page.
Testing is carried out by an independent laboratory on lots of the source manufacturer. Each certificate page names the laboratory, gives its verification code and links the original laboratory record. Restate Health presents the results as reported and does not perform the testing itself.
