Partner program
Terms, rules and conduct.
What a partner agrees to, how referrals and commission work, and the promotion rules that keep the program inside research use only.
01Program terms
These are the commercial terms of the program. Where a term reads as set out in your partner agreement, the figure is fixed in that agreement before you share a link, and that agreement governs.

02Referrals and commission
What counts as a referral. A buyer who reaches the site through your personal link, or uses your code where the checkout supports one, and then places an order within the referral window.
What commission is worked out on. The value of the goods in a referred order after discounts, excluding tax and shipping, and less anything refunded.
Pending, approved, paid. Commission is pending when an order is placed. It becomes approved once the order has been fulfilled and its return window has closed, and it is paid in the next payout after that. A refunded or cancelled order reverses its commission.
One order, one partner. An order is credited to a single partner. Orders you place yourself, and orders from your own organisation, are not commissionable.
Records. Your partner account shows your links, clicks, referred orders, commission by status and every payout. If you think something is missing, tell support within the period your agreement sets.
03Research-use promotion rules
Restate supplies materials for laboratory research. A partner’s words are held to the same standard as Restate’s own.
- 01Research use only, every timeDescribe every product as supplied for laboratory research use only and not for human or veterinary use. Say so wherever you mention a product, not once at the foot of a page.
- 02No claims about effectsDo not state or imply that any product treats, prevents, improves or changes anything in a person or an animal. Do not share results, testimonials or before-and-after material of any kind.
- 03No guidance on useDo not publish, link to or discuss amounts, schedules, preparation for administration or routes of administration. If a buyer asks, the answer is that Restate does not advise on use.
- 04Speak to research buyersPromote where research buyers are. Do not promote to consumers, to minors, or in spaces about personal health, fitness, appearance or wellness.
- 05Say only what the documents sayYou may point to a certificate of analysis and quote it exactly. Do not round it up, generalise from one lot to another, or describe testing Restate has not published.
- 06Use Restate's name correctlyUse the name and mark as supplied. Do not present yourself as Restate, register look-alike domains or accounts, or bid on the Restate name in paid search.
04Code of conduct
- 01Disclose the relationship. Wherever your link or code appears, say plainly that you are a Restate partner and may earn commission.
- 02Do not order through your own link or code, or have someone do so on your behalf.
- 03Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, buy traffic of unknown origin, or use incentives to generate clicks.
- 04Do not offer buyers discounts, rebates or gifts that Restate has not authorised.
- 05Keep one partner account. Do not open a second under another name, email or organisation.
- 06Follow the law that applies to you, including advertising, privacy and tax rules where you operate.
- 07Tell Restate promptly about a complaint, a correction request or anything you published in error.
- 08Stop using your link, the Restate name and any Restate material when your account is paused or closed.
05Program integrity
These checks apply to every partner account. They protect partners who follow the rules from those who do not.
- No self-referral
- An order is not commissionable when the buyer's account, email, payment card or delivery address matches the partner's own.
- Commission held before approval
- Commission stays pending until the order's return window has closed, then moves to approved. A refund or cancellation reverses it.
- One account per person or organisation
- Applications are checked for duplicate emails, payout details and addresses before approval.
- Last valid referral wins
- One order is credited to one partner. Which click counts is fixed by the referral window in the program terms.
- No paid search on the brand
- Referrals arriving from adverts bought against the Restate name are not commissionable.
- Promotion is reviewed
- Links are checked against where the partner said they would promote. Content that breaks the research-use rules pauses the account.
- Unusual patterns are flagged
- Bursts of clicks without orders, many orders to one address, and repeated refunds raise a flag for a person to review.
06Pausing and ending
Restate may pause an account while it reviews a possible breach of these rules, and will say why. A paused link stops earning until the account is restored.
Either side may end the partnership by written notice. Commission already approved is paid; commission tied to a breach of these rules is not.
These terms may be updated. Partners are told before a change takes effect. Questions go to support@restatehealth.com.
